            "content": "2. Amendment in Section- 19 of the Bihar Act 24, 2006. Clause (IV) of sub-section (1)\r\nof Section 19 of the said Act 2006 shall be substituted by the following:-\r\n\"(IV) The Vice Chancellor shall hold office for a term of 5 (five) years from the\r\ndate on which he holds his/her office, or till he/she attains the age of 75 (seventy five) years,\r\nwhichever is earlier, and he/she shall be eligible for re-appointment for further term till\r\nhe/she attains the age of 75(seventy five) years.\"",
