        "content": "During the continuance of an attachment under section ninety-eight, the\ndefaulters shall be excluded from possession of the land attached, and the Deputy Commissioner or the\nagent appointed by him shall have all their rights to manage the land and to realize the rents and profits\narising therefrom, and shall be bound by all their liabilities as malguzars or proprietors to any subordinate\nproprietors or tenants of such land.",
