        "content": "members, namely:-  \n(a) The Minister in-charge of Education/Higher Educatio n, who shall \nbe the Chairman, ex-officio;  \n(b) The Vice-Chairman- Vice-Chairman must be an eminent  academic \nadministrator with proven record (Rank of a Professor).  \n(c) Incharge Secretary/Special Secretay/Additional Secr etary of \nHigher education -member secretary-cum-state project,  Director; \n(d) The Principal Secretary/ Secretary to the Governmen t, Education \nDepartment, ex-officio;  \n(e) The Principal Secretary/Secretary to the Government , Finance \nDepartment, ex-officio;  \n(f) The Principal Secretary/Secretary to the Government , Industry \nDepartment ex-officio;   \n(g) The Principal Secretary/Secretary to the Government  Science & \nTechnology Department; ex-officio;   \n(h) The Principal Secretary/Secretary to the Government   Health  \nDepartment; ex-officio;   \n(i) The Director of Higher Education, ex-officio;  \n(j) The Director, Scinece & Technology Department, ex-officio;  \n(k) The Secretary, University Grants Commission or his nominee,   \nex-officio; \n(l) Five members nominated by the State Government repr esenting \nfields of Arts, Science and Technology, Culture, Civil Society and \nIndustry and Vocational education and skill development.  \n(m) Three members nominated by the Government among the  Vice-\nChancellors of the Universities including Vice-Chan cellors of \nCentral Universities in this State, if any.  \n(n) Two members nominated by the Government not below t he rank \nof Professor from among the Universities/Colleges of State.",
