        "content": "For general watch and ward and \nfor meeting emergent events like fire, flood, breac h of embankment, \ncollapse of bridge, outbreak of epidemic, to encoun ter burglary or dacoity \netc. or in order to perform such other duties that may be imposed by the \nGovernment from time to time and for maintenance of  public peace and \norder, a Gram Raksha Dal shall be organised under a Dalpati, appointed in \nthe prescribed manner, for every Gram Panchayat and  all able-bodied \npersons of a village between the ages of 18 and 30 years shall be \nmembers of the said Dal. The Government may make ru les for the \norganisation, duty and utilisation of Gram Raksha Dal.",
