        "content": "(a) improvement of the condition of the institution;\n(b) reviewing the standards of care being followed;\n(c) preparing daily routine and diet scale;\n(d) developing educational, vocational and recreation plans;\n(e) supporting each other in managing crisis;\n(f) reporting abuse and exploitation by peers and caregivers;\n(g) creative expression of their views through wallpapers or newsletters or paintings or music or theater;\n(h) management of institution through the Management Committee.\n(a) selecting their leaders;\n(b) conducting the monthly meetings;\n(c) developing rules for the functioning of Children's Committees and following it;\n(d) maintaining records and Children's Suggestion Book and other relevant documents;\n(e) any other innovative activity.",
