        "content": "(a) Vice-chancellor, holding office immediately before, the appointed date, shall notwithstanding that his term of office has not expired, vacate his office;\n(b) every person holding office as a member of the Board of Management or the Academic Council, as the case may be immediately before the appointed date shall cease to hold that office;\n(c) until, the Board of Management or Academic Council, as the case may be is reconstituted in accordance with the provisions as modified, Vice-chancellor appointed under Section 11 and 13 as modified, shall exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed by or under this Act on the Board of Management or Academic Council :",
