A person shall not be disqualified for being chosen as, or for being, a member of the Assam Legislative Assembly by reason of the fact that he holds any of the offices specified in the Schedule appended hereto, in so far as it is an office of profit under\nThe State Government.",

            "content": "SCHEDULE\r\n1. The office of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Government of Assam.\r\n2. The office of Government Pleader or Public Prosecutor.\r\n3. The office of part-time Professor, Lecturer, Instructor or Teacher in Government educational institutions.\r\n4. Medical practitioner rendering part-time service to Government.\r\n5.
