            "content": "An\nAct\nfurther to amend the Assam Land Revenue and Rent\n(Surcharge) Act, 1970.\n\nPreamble.—Whereas it is expedient further to amend\nthe Assam Land Revenue and Rent (Surcharge)\nAct, 1970, hereinafter called the principal Act,\nin the manner hereinafter appearing ;\n\nIt is hereby enacted in the Twenty-seventh\nyear of the Republic of India as follows :—",
