            "content": "(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoints and different dates may be appointed for coming into force of different administrative Districts.",

            "content": "In the Arunachal Pradesh (Re-Organisation of Districts) Act, 1980 (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act) after sub-section (2B) of section 3, the following sub-section shall be inserted namely,-\n\n\"(2C) On and from the appointed date of this amendment Act comes into force, so much of the areas comprising the following Administrative units under the existing East Kameng District and West Kameng District namely,-\n(i) From East Kameng District namely,-\n(a) Lada Administrative Circle;\n(b) Bana Administrative Circle;\n(c) Seppa Administrative Circle (partially);\n(ii) From West Kameng District namely,-\n(a) Nafra Administrative Circle;\n(b) Dirang Administrative Circle (partially);\n(c) Bomdila Administrative Circle (partially);\ncomprising the following villages,-\n(i) From Lada Administrative Circle namely,-\n(a) Lada\n(b) Wessang\n(c) East Wessang\n(d) Bameng\n(e) West Bameng\n(f) Sachung\n(g) Sawa\n(h) Kojo\n(i) Rojo\n(j) Pipiang\n(k) Besai\n(l) Nishangjang\n(m) Jarkam\n(ii) From Bana Administrative Circle namely,-\n(a) Pitchaang\n(b) Kajung\n(c) Chijang\n(d) Kadeya\n(e) Sapung\n(f) Pochung\n(g) Afaksung\n(h) New sapung\n(i) Yangsey\n(j) Yangpe (new village) and\n(k) Pacherodong (new village) shall be constituted as a separate Administrative District to be known as Bichom District with District headquarter at Napangphung (between Khazalang Circle of West Kameng District and Lada Circle of East Kameng District)\".",

            "content": "In the Principal Act after sub-section (2) the following sub-section shall be inserted,-\r\n\r\n\"(2A) On and from the appointed date of this amendment Act comes into force, so much of the areas comprising the following Administrative units under the existing Lower Subansiri District namely,-\r\n(I) Yachuli;\r\n(II) Yazali;\r\n(III) Paramputu;\r\n(IV) Pistana;\r\n(V) Deed;\r\n(VI) Joram;\r\n(VII) Mai;\r\n(VIII) Joram-Choba;\r\nShall be constituted into a separate Administrative District to be known as Keyi Panyor District with District headquarter at Yachuli (Terisabin-Samisorth)\".",
