            "content": "An\r\nAct\r\nto repeal the obsolete and redundant Regulations applicable in the State of Arunachal\r\nPradesh and matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.\r\nWhereas, in terms of clause (1) of Article 372 of the Constitution of India, the State\r\nLegislature is competent to repeal the obsolete and redundant Acts and Regulations applicable\r\nin the State.\r\nNow, therefore, be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the\r\nSeventy-third year of the Republic of India as follows:",

            "content": "From the date of commencement of this Act, the following three Obsolete\r\nand Redundant namely,-\r\n\"The Assam Excluded Areas (Epidemic Diseases) Regulation, 1941\",\r\n\"The Assam North Eastern (Abor Hills, Mishmi Hills, Balipara, Tirap\r\nand Lakhimpur) Tracts Co-operative Societies Regulation, 1949\", and\r\nThe Mishmi Hills District (Home Guards) Regulation, 1950\" shall stand\r\nrepealed.",
