            "title": "3. Licence application fee.",

            "content": "(a) to transmit electricity as a transmission licensee; or\n(b) to distribute electricity as a distribution licensee; or\n(c) to undertake trading in electricity as an electricity trader. In any area as may be specified in the licence, shall be accompanied by an application fee of Rs. 30,000/-(Rupees Thirty thousand only.)",
