            "content": "Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Publication of Bye-Laws) Rules, 1969\nap103\nIn exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 326 read with sub-section (2) of Section 333 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 (Act 6 of 1965), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following rules prescribing the manner of publication of bye-laws by the municipal Councils, the same having been previously published at page 103 of Rules Supplement to Part I of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated the 3rd April, 1969, as required by Clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 327 of the said Act.\n1.\nThese rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Publication of Bye-laws) Rules, 1969.\n2.\nEvery bye-law or cancellation or alteration of a bye-law when it is duly confirmed by Government under subsection (1) of Section 333 of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965 shall be published in the District Gazette in English and in the main language of the district and also in the manner specified below:-\n(a) by affixing a copy of the bye-law or cancellation or alteration of a bye-law on the notice board of the municipal office and at such other places within the Municipal limits as may be decided by the Council.\n(b) by beat of drum; and\n(c) by announcement through the municipal wire broadcasting system wherever such a system is in operation.",
